hello :)
Jack Dillon is a NYC based actor, singer, and movement artist from Mt. Airy, Maryland who recently graduated from Boston University’s School of Theatre with a BFA in Acting. He also took a trip across the pond to study Shakespeare at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts in their classical acting semester programme.
He pursues artistic fulfillment by telling emotionally vulnerable stories that are fierce explorations of the clash between the political and the personal. He connects with work surrounding working class stories and those that give voice to the unvoiced. One word to describe his work is “bold”. From shaving his head into a mohawk, covering himself in fake blood, or eating an entire cake with his hands. Jack is known for his bold acting choices.
At 6”6” with a rich baritone voice, he brings an undeniable sense of presence to every role he embodies, be it revolutionary leader or Shakespearean fool.
Jack loves acting in everything from classical dramas to contemporary comedy’s. Some of his favorite acting roles include Astrov in Uncle Vanya (Boston University), Macbeth (LAMDA), and Sam in Shakespeare in Love (Boston University). He received a 2024 BroadwayWorld Award nomination for Best Performance in a Play (Off-Broadway) for originating the role of Joe in Company of Man.
He loves watching Survivor, having movie nights with his friends, and streaming Charli XCX. He’s currently training for his second half marathon in April. He is most easily identified as the tallest guy in the room sporting a colorful sweater.
He thanks you for visiting his website and hopes you think he’s a cool fun person.
